Several Suggestions for Battery Cost Optimization

Research Background:
From Jan. 2021 to Mar. 2022, the prices of smartphone batteries have risen by about 25%-30%, driving up the overall cost for end customers. Therefore, some optimization schemes are needed to alleviate the pressure caused by increasing battery costs. Based on Sigmaintell research, the following recommendations are put forward.
1. Regard to Material System Upgrade:
At present, all the companies are in the stage of the material system upgrade, which will upgrade from 4.4V to 4.45/4.48V (the cell would be thinner after upgrading).
